FINGER-STOCK GASKETS
Orbel manufactures a wide variety of beryllium copper (BeCu) and stainless steel finger-stock profiles, modified finger stock, contact strips, contact rings, ground gaskets, clip gaskets, and metal connector gaskets. All standard strips can be cut to length, pierced, or have fingers removed to your exact needs. We also handle all secondary operations including plating and finishing.
With the industry’s highest EMI/RFI shielding effectiveness, Orbel finger stock is ideal for repeated effective opening and closing applications where high attenuation performance and mechanical strength is required. We can also manufacture legacy finger stock developed by Instrument Specialties.
SLOT-MOUNT SERIES
Typically used for bidirectional wiping or grounding applications. Supplied in full-length strips or segments.
ADHESIVE-MOUNT
The most widely used finger-stock gaskets for metal cabinets and electronic enclosures.
NO-SNAG
Specifically designed to reduce compression friction while eliminating accidental snagging.
TWIST SERIES: STRIP
Designed for straight compression or static load applications where gaskets can be compressed to material thickness.
TWIST SERIES: RIGHT-ANGLE
Utilize a high-performance twist design to accommodate 90° EMI shielding requirements.
TWIST SERIES: CLIP-ON
Primarily used when space is at a premium or the use of pressure-sensitive adhesives is prohibited.

Designed for high-temperature applications where adhesive mounting is not possible or when a design requires a secure mechanical fastening method.

EMI CONTACT STRIPS
Generally used for grounding and shielding for high-frequency EMI applications.

METALIZED FABRIC GASKETS
Our comprehensive line of gaskets manufactured from a resilient polyurethane foam core and wrapped with a durable high-performance nickel-plated copper-conductive fabric. Over 100 standard gaskets in a wide variety of shapes and profiles. Custom modifications include cut to length, kiss-cutting, and miter cutting for frame-style gaskets.
Cost-effective, user-friendly, and easily compressed, metalized fabric gaskets from Orbel are highly flame-resistant and provide the ability to operate at higher frequencies. Ideal for shielding seams, doors, access panels, and a host of other end-uses.
